During the free 14-day trial you can use all features available in the plan of your choice. At the end of the 14-day period any data you have entered will be deleted, unless you decide to sign up for a paid plan.
You will have the option to convert your free plan to a paid one. If you decide not to convert to a paid plan, any data you have entered will be deleted.
No. We only need credit card details for paid plans. We do not store or process any card details. Secure card processing is provided by Stripe Inc. on Stripe's own systems.
We accept payments in £ using all major credit cards.
No. You can get started in five minutes using one of our free quick-start templates.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time without penalty.
You can change your plan to a lower or higher level whenever you choose. We do not provide refunds for any unexpired portion of a subscription you have already paid for.
No. We offer plans for pay as you go monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your plan at any time.
The number of users in each plan is fixed. You can choose to use as many of the user licences available to the plan you have chosen. If you need to add more than the maximum number of users in your plan, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.
We respect your data and privacy. Your data is encrypted and stored in secure Microsoft Azure data centres. Your subscription has a single database which stores only your data. Your data is backed up daily by Microsoft services and the cyclical backups are retained for 14 days.
The administrator of your Salessound account can request a download of your data at any time.
The following features are also provided by the Salessound software and are mandatory for all users:

Two factor authentication.
With two factor authentication enabled, you will have to approve logons to your account by using an authenticator app.
We offer email support for Growth and Business plans. We provide a support ticket system with a target response time of one working day for Premium plans. We also provide a help desk containing guides, examples, templates and a reference section.
